Speech-to-text comes to Korint: speak to fill in a form

Filling in claims forms and internal notes by hand is often slow and incomplete. Korint has integrated speech-to-text directly into its platform to make this faster and more thorough.

How it works

A microphone button now appears in note-taking spaces and in claims declaration description fields. Speak, and the text appears in real time in the field. Review it, correct it if needed, then validate — no audio file to manage, no extra step.

Less typing, better files

This targets teams juggling calls, files, and management tools at once: wholesale brokers, network brokers, and claims handlers. The time gain is immediate — people speak three to five times faster than they type on mobile. Dictated descriptions also tend to be more complete than manually typed ones, naturally capturing dates, locations, and context that reduce downstream rework.

Manual entry, meet your replacement

The most useful information is the one captured at the right moment, with the right level of detail. Speech-to-text is available now in note-taking spaces and will gradually expand across other management workflows.
